How It Works
At Captivated Intentions, we offer shipping for all of our candle and herbal products. Please allow 5-10 business days for shipping. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly as possible and offer a variety of shipping methods to suit your needs. If you have any questions or concerns about shipping, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Please note, our wax is sensitive to extreme temperatures, and we do not want your order sitting in the heat over the weekend.
If your items arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items. These photos will be required to file a claim with the post office or UPS. Please do not discard the damaged packing or items until we have confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. Items damaged during shipping will be replaced by Captivated Intentions at no additional cost.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Captivated Intentions, we are committed to providing you with the best candles, herbal products and customer service. Our return policy gives you peace of mind when making a purchase. If you need to return a candle, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase as long as the candle is unused and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and shipping costs are non-refundable.
